New Carrollton Bible Church is a Christ-centered church.
We exist to fulfill the Great Commission as found in Matthew 28:18-20.
We are committed to loving God and loving people (Matthew 22:37-40).
We meet each Wednesday for prayer & bible study; each Sunday morning for bible study & worship.
We support missionaries in various parts of the world who also seek to fulfill the Great Commission.
We invite you to come worship God, fellowship with us, & serve God.
The church began on Sunday, November 18, 1979 under the leadership of founding Pastor L. Samuel Martz.
The church held their services at Lamont Elementary School on Good Luck Road
at Lamont Drive in New Carrollton, MD until the first Sunday of November 1982.
The church then conducted their Sunday services in the chapel at Washington Bible College
until the first Sunday of March 1985; then conducted their Sunday services in the
Linton Hall Building at Washington Bible College.
The church held its first Sunday services in the current facilities on
Sunday, November 10, 1996.
In years past NCBC held Sunday evening and Wednesday evening services in
various homes of the membership and had an active Awana program.
NCBC currently continues Sunday School ministry for children, teens/young adults and adults.
We also meet on Wednesday nights for prayer and bible study.
We recently began a new members class on Wednesday nights.
The church continues to support the spread of the gospel through
support of missions around the globe.
Pastor L. Samuel Martz served as pastor from 1979 until 2003, 24 years.
Pastor George Ashley, the second pastor served from January 2004 until
June 2015, 12 & 1/2 years.

local assembly here at New Carrollton Bible Church.
We are seeking to fulfill the Great Commission, to grow in the
grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,
to worship the Lord in Spirit and in truth, and to
love the Lord and to love people.
There is ample room for parking and the building and site complies

Additionally our location in the metropolitan Washington D. C. area
